With over 25 years of experience, Grace served as the Chief Analytics Officer for 14 West, a Baltimore-based business services firm supporting dozens of publishing affiliates of The Agora. Over a decade, she built the data analytics function for this global organization that exceeded $1B in annual revenue. She led a 40-member team of data scientists, architects, engineers, developers, BI analysts, and customer success partners who supported 700+ users with data services, self-service analytics, on-demand dashboards and reporting, predictive analytics, and custom analyses.

Grace also worked at Actable as a VP, Client Partner for Fortune 100 companies in maximizing the use and value of customer data platforms, as well as, serving as Chief Operating Officer for International Living, Agora’s flagship publication about working, investing, and retiring overseas.

As Founder of GKE Consulting, Grace applies her deep understanding of digital direct marketing, information publishing, and data analytics to help her clients solve problems and meet their objectives. Areas of expertise include optimizing marketing performance, audience segmentation, analyzing customer journeys, strategic testing, predictive modeling, data visualization, and reporting. 

Grace also serves as an Executive Advisor for Think Consulting, which allows her the flexibility to offer full-scale management consulting.

Grace’s passion is seeing others learn and grow in a way that allows them to achieve their goals. It gets her up in the morning and (sometimes) keeps her up at night. Her guiding principles are simple:

Though a perfectionist at heart, Grace has learned the value of progress over perfection, including measuring what matters in work and life.

When Grace is not in a spreadsheet, she enjoys spending time with her husband Leroy, and their two daughters. She also volunteers with The Tyanna Foundation, loves volleyball, traveling, ethnic foods, online shopping, board games, and staycations with friends and family.
